Welcome to Satnam Packers. By browsing our website, submitting catalog inquiries, or purchasing custom packaging solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Design & Mockup Approvals

Our wedding cards, boxes, and custom stationery items are tailored to order.

• We issue free digital mockups featuring your names, dates, and initials.
• Production will only begin after receiving your explicit written or digital approval on the mockup layouts.
• Satnam Packers is not responsible for text spelling errors, incorrect initials, or layout issues approved by the client during review.

2. Production & Timeline Delivery

Custom handcrafted bulk orders typically require 15 to 25 working days for production from the approval date, depending on structural complexity. Timelines specified during checkout or quotes are estimates. Satnam Packers is not liable for logistics delays caused by custom clearance processes, natural factors, or courier anomalies.

3. Custom Cancellations & Refund Policies

Due to the customized nature of wedding packaging, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once raw materials are sourced and bulk plate-making/production has commenced. If an order is canceled during the mockup phase, a nominal design fee may apply.

4. Material Color Variations

Please note that handcrafted boards, handmade paper sheets, dyed velvet fabrics, and gold-foiling leaves may exhibit minor color shade variations from batch to batch. We strive for utmost color matching but cannot guarantee 100% color replica match to digital screens.
